I am a dentist here at Red Deer Dental, and I love my job! I enjoy getting to meet all kinds of people, and assisting them in achieving healthy, beautiful smiles. I was born in Manitoba, but grew up in Alberta – I went to junior high and high school in Red Deer, and then did all of my post secondary education in Edmonton.
I have been a dentist since graduating from the University in Saskatchewan in Saskatoon in 1999. Working at Bahrey Dental is something that I am very grateful for; all of our staff have a high level of integrity, both personally and in the workplace. I am also thankful for my wonderful family- my husband and best friend Rob, stepdaughter Ava, and our 3 dogs.
Dr. Kia Shahtaheri grew up in Vancouver where he attended the University of British Columbia and received his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Immunology. After spending some time in research, he decided to return to UBC and graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry.

I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, playing sports, hiking and walking my boy Blue! At a young age I knew I wanted to work in the Dental field. I’ve spent 26 years as a dental assistant working in the central Alberta area. I live in Delburne with my husband and two boys. I enjoy running them to hockey and rodeos. Dental assisting offers me a nice change from life on the farm. Visiting with clients while helping to make their visit a positive one remains rewarding even after all these years! Working directly with the doctors is always interesting.
My name is Braenne Stewart and I have been a registered dental assistant since graduating from KDM dental college in 2010. I keep very busy as a wife and mother of 2 young daughters. We enjoy sports of all kinds and keep active in the summer by bike riding and walking our dog Oreo. In the winter we can usually be found at the ski hill.
